Vuelta al lago

Get ready for the Gravel Travel Classic - the vuelta al lago! Rent a bike and cycle around the lake in a few days or if you are very ambitious, in one day! Start out of Puerto Varas along the old train tracks and cycle towards Llanquihue. After a few ups and downs you get to the picturesque town of Frutillar with cafes and a little market in the center of the town. In Frutilliar you can either stay for the day or continue towards Puerto Octay. After more little hills you bike east towards the majestic Osorno Volcano. The unique landscape between Puerto Octay and Ensenada will leave you speechless! The next stop is in Ensenada - Spanish for Bay. Alternatively you can also continue all the way to Petrohue. Enjoy the last kilometers of the vuelta al lago riding on the longest a bike path in Chile.
